Works description: Renewal of Door Entry Systems and Associated Pre-electrical works

We are currently three years into a five year program installing new door entry systems and doors to over 400 communal properties. The works involve replacing the communal fuseboard and carrying out a NICEIC test in every block. We are required to work to a predetermined annual program which we devise ourselves and we coordinate equipment orders and employment of subcontractors for use on the project (ie. door fitters).

We are required to inform the tenants in the following ways:

A 60 day letter is sent out to all residents explaining the works and providing a 24hr helpline number for them to contact us on with any foreseeable problems.

A 21 day letter is then sent out to the residents informing of the date of the installation and explaining the works.

A 14 day letter is sent out as a reminder to the residents that the installation date is approaching.

On the day of installation, tenant liaison officers visit the site and hand out a customer satisfaction forms which the tenants can fill out and either hand back or post on to us.

The results of the tenant surveys are analysed and go towards our monthly KPIs.

We are currently meeting and exceeding all targets set in terms of customer satisfaction and KPIs. We are also providing best value throughout the contract.
